Base Manager: Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license to practice as a professional nurse in TN, MS or AR.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with 2-3 years in emergency or critical care.
• Two years minimum full time management experience in an emergency healthcare setting.
• Previous flight nursing experience preferred
• Current state license TN, MS and AR EMT-Basic (minimal level) or state license and nationally registered.
• Must be BLS, ACLS, and PALS provider. 
• Certification in TNCC, ITLS or PHTLS.
• Must maintain weight of 200 pounds or less

Flight Nurse: Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license to practice as a professional nurse in TN, MS or AR.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with 2-3 years emergency and/or critical care experience.
• Current state license TN, MS and AR EMT-Basic (minimal level) or state license and nationally registered.
• Must be BLS, ACLS, and PALS provider. 
• Certification in TNCC, ITLS or PHTLS.
• Must maintain weight of 200 pounds or less

Flight Paramedic: Qualifications

• Current Paramedic for the States of TN, MS and AR or State paramedic license and nationally registered.
• Minimum 5 years paramedic pre-hospital experience with 2-3 years paramedic experience in an advanced life support, high-call volume service.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a hospital setting with emergency or intensive care experience.
• Must be BLS, ACLS and PALS provider. 
• Certification in ITLS or PHTLS.
• Must maintain weight of 200 pounds or less

Pilot: Qualifications

• Commercial Rotocraft Certificate.
• Instrument Helicopter Rating.
• 3,000 Total Time.
• 2,000 Helicopter Total Time As PIC.
• 200 Night Total Time
• Current Class II Medical
• ATP Certificate is Encouraged
• Must Maintain weight of 225 pounds.
