- Airline Transport Rating
- 26 years of flying experience
- 6717 hours of flying time
- The requirements to be a pilot at Hospital Wing are:
- Commercial Pilot: Helicopter Rating
- Helicopter Instrument Rating
- Minimum Flight Time: 3000 Hours Total, 2000 Hours Helicopter, 1000 Hours Turbine Engine Time
- Before being assigned to flight duty:
- Must complete 35 hours of ground and flight training
- Must pass a proficiency test
- Annual Recurrent Training:
- Complete Eurocopter Factory Pilot Refresher training
- Complete 19 hours of ground flight training
- Must pass a proficiency check.
